Which Greek is this?

This course is Modern Greek (el-GR): the standard used in Greek media, schools, and daily life in Greece. Cypriot and regional accents exist; the audio follows a clear mainland educated norm learners expect in apps and classrooms, not Classical or Katharevousa Greek.

Pronunciation
